1. Laughter!

2. Exercise:
Exercise is so good and important for our body but the fundamentals are simple and it is not easy to strike that delicate work balance but the fundamentals are simple. There is no short method to healthy life and portable, so there is no special reason,do not involved in it.
3. Eat Fresh:
Always try to eat fresh. Do not eat fast foods such as burgers and pizza etc. Always try to eat fresh. Eat fruits and try to drink juices.
4. Indulge yourself occasionally
Our lifestyle should be joyful,the occasional indulgence is ok and not a guilt trip. Take the phone off and soak in a bath, treat yourself to massage and your chocolate that you love bikes without getting the guilts. Take a babysitter for the baby and enjoy the date with your life partner and spend some enjoyable hours without needing an occasion to celebrate with your life partner.
5. Exercise calm
You can slow the pace of your life but your life can not. Your mind constantly skipping or waiting for next phone and do the simple exercise to bring your awareness back into the present. Try to feel the weight of your body on the ground and turn your head to listen out to the sounds that are there in real. This complete process can take 3 second or three minutes on the daily basis but it just help yourself refresh and calm down your mind stress level. You can slow the pace of your life but your life can not . Listen songs that you love.
6. T ake time out
Stepping off the treadmill is so important for your healthy mind. It does not have the cost of anything it just simply allows yourself whenever it recharge your battery. Do gardening and take exercise on a daily basis and listen to music on the daily basis. Take a drive and bring yourself in nature to cut off some illnesses of the modern city and try to yourself into the slower rhythms of the nature.
8. Keep learning
Engaging your interest and try to keep your mind sharp. Always try to learn new things in your life. Take up the new hobby and try to learn the new language.
9. Give something back
Giving back something it could be simple for you as you listening to your best friends. Another way it is more valuable and it also help yourself to shed perspective on your own life.
10. Positive attitude
Your attitude should be positive as you know attitude is everything in our life.Your motivation proples the people. If your attitude should be positive then there is the chance you attract the positive people. Your positive attitude impresses people and attract positive people.
